Coach Bunn is a highly sought military trainer—helping multiple cadets successful train and pass Special Forces's Selection process.
Coach Arielle has coached groups and individuals for more than 3 years; specializing in Weightlifting and Nutrition. Arielle has helped over 100 individuals reach their personal goals by educating them on a healthy diet and sustainable nutrition habits. Arielle takes pride in helping our athletes better themselves each and every day.
Courtney spent most of her early adult life playing competitive and college level soccer before becoming a coach and a trainer. She has been coaching groups and individuals for 2 years and specializes in behavior change exercise and the psychology of fitness. Courtney enjoys working with individuals from any fitness level and feels most accomplished seeing her athletes and clients reach new goals and sustaining healthy living practices.
Mike has been coaching groups and individuals since 2008. He is a Prior Marine of 8 years with 4 combat tours. He was medically retired and his focus has shifted to coaching and bringing mindfulness to the adaptive and veteran community. He spends his free time with his family and is also passionate about yoga, acro and surfing.
Danette picked up CrossFit as a hobby in her early 30s. She regularly assisted her coaches by teaching newer members about fundamentals of CrossFit. Her dedication to her nutrition has also inspired friends and family to seek advice on how to build sustainable healthy habits. Over the past 9 years, her passion for health and fitness developed into a career change. She left the Corporate America world in 2020 to be a CF-L1 and Nutrition Coach. In her short time here, Danette has helped several members reach their nutrition goals. She finds joy in teaching clients how to balance life while still improving their overall health.
