Bacon Egg and Cheese Breakfast Sandwich

Easy breakfast to prep ahead of time!  Wrap in foil and keep in fridge up to 3 days.

Ingredients

  • 1 light Thomas’s english muffin
  • ½ cup egg whites
  • 1 slice gouda cheese
  • 1 piece bacon (thin cut)

Instructions

1. Cook egg whites, and compile sandwiches.
