Blueberry Breakfast Bar

Make your own healthy breakfast-to-go bars!



  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Line a 9x9 pan with parchment paper then grease with coconut oil
  3. Combine all “bar” ingredients into a food processor and mix well for about 7
  4. minutes
  5. Spread evenly on the pan and bake for 8-10 minutes.
  6. While the bar is baking, mix the topping ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  7. After the “bar” is done baking, add the ingredients from the topping bowl and
  8. bake for an additional 15 minutes.
  9. Cut into 10 even bars
